The MisterMigs crew was at the Atlanta Pet Expo on Saturday, November 8, and it was a blast! There were rescue groups, vaccinations, lure chasing competitions, raffles, and, of course, lots of dogs. There were giant breeds like Great Danes, Mastiffs, and even a Cane Corso, and the tiniest Yorkies, Chihuahuas, and miniature poodles that you ever did see! There was even a tortoise, though I’m pretty sure that’s not a dog. Some pets were in costumes or clothing, like a pretty pit bull in a pink princess shirt, and a pair of tiny dogs in equally tiny hats. Some had sweet rides such as doggy strollers or even, in one case, a big toy car. One particularly touching encounter was with Petunia, a tiny black Chihuahua missing one eye. You see, I volunteer at an animal shelter, and had met Petunia there months ago when she was brought in after she was found wandering around a parking lot. I had no idea who had adopted her, so it was great to find out that her new mother was a loving, kind woman who had given her a wonderful forever home. It was loads of fun to meet the pets (and their people) who came to our table, and if you were one of them, thanks so much for stopping by. We hope you signed up for our mailing list so that we can keep you informed of all the seriously cool happenings at MisterMigs. If not, be sure to visit www.mistermigs.com to join our mailing list, and check out our online boutique while you’re there.
